These terms govern your use of the Yahht account service at account.yahht.com and Yahht Premium. “Yahht”, “we” and “us” refer to the provider of this service. Contact us at [email protected].

Your account

You sign in using Google. Keep your Google account secure and use an account you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can use free extension features without buying Premium.

After a purchase, complete sign-in and account connection to save your access. A payment email can differ from your Google email when you complete the purchase and connection flow. If access is missing, contact us with your receipt before purchasing again.

What Premium includes

Yahht Premium currently provides paid features in the Breathhh browser extension, as described on our subscription page. Other Yahht products shown in your account are recommendations, not additional paid entitlements. The Breathhh iOS app and its purchases are separate.

A supported browser and installed extension are required to use extension features. Internet access is needed for sign-in, payment and periodic access checks. Local extension data is not backed up by this account service.

Prices, payments and renewal

Paddle is our authorized reseller and the seller at checkout. Purchases are also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. The selected price, currency, taxes and billing period are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Review the checkout terms before paying. Manage payment methods and future renewals using Manage subscription in your account or the link in your Paddle receipt.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel future renewals through Paddle. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; your account shows the available subscription information. Uninstalling an extension, signing out or requesting deletion of account data does not cancel billing. See our Refund Policy for refund requests and applicable consumer rights.

Responsible use

Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or distribute access credentials. We may restrict access where necessary to address abuse or security risks. Contact us if you believe access was restricted in error.

Service and product changes

We maintain and improve Yahht and may update its features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. If a technical problem prevents you from using purchased features, contact us so we can help resolve it. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Breathhh is a wellbeing tool, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Use practices in a setting where it is safe to pause and follow the product’s instructions.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. We will update these terms when the service changes, with the revision date shown above. Material changes affecting an existing purchase remain subject to applicable law and the purchase terms.
